4 ROUNDS OF TABATA SPRINT INTERVALS WITH THE DOGS. 

NUTRITION: 

8am-

Caffeine

MCT oil

1pm-preworkout

1 scoop 1M.R. Vortex

3pm- post workout

1 scoop Syntha 6 (yeah...going to see how it goes. Been years since I've used this)

Lunch at about 330...one grass-fed beef hamburger on a lettuce wrap with 2 strips bacon, handful of raw almonds, 2 sausage links

5pm-

1 bottle Starbuck's iced black coffee. 

10pm-

huge salad with 2 large baked chicken breasts, spinach, artichoke hearts, red onion, mushrooms, parmesan cheese, 2 strips of bacon, and my homemade dressing

baked potato with tons of kerrygold butter, red pepper flake and parmesan cheese.
