TRAINING:
TAEKWON-DO: 20 HYUNGS, BASICS, SPARRING, BREAKING.
(Have done relatively few breaks with a hook kick with wood. Through 4 boards up at eye level and went through them like butter. Didn't even feel them at all. Time to try stacking a few more on for this break.)

NUTRITION:
7am-
200mg caffeine
1000mg vitamin C
650mg siberian ginseng

8am-
25gr Carnivore protein with 1 tsp cinnamon
handful of raw almonds
3600mg fish oil
2000iu vitamin D

2pm-
4 eggs, poached with some tabasco sauce and pepper
several strips of bacon
3600mg fish oil
2000iu vitamin D

5pm-(preworkout)
2.5 scoops Jack3D
650mg siberian ginseng

8pm-
Stacey took me to Thai food tonight. Awesome coconut fried rice with shrimp and since it came inside an actual coconut, I ate all the meat from the inside of the coconut. Washed it down with a bunch of Sapporo. Shared a  coconut creme brulee' for dessert.
