TRAINING:
Pretty light today.
11am-
Taekwon-Do: About 1 hour of basic technique.

6pm-
200 24kg kettlebell snatches in the parking lot. The sun was getting low, but it was very comfortable out there. Starting to like my new place.

Worked some dragon flags and gladiator presses with a 16kg afterwards. Both of these are hardcore stabilization and strength exercises. Less than 10 reps of each, but I know I will feel this stuff.

25gr Carnivore protein
about 16 raw almonds

930am-
Large cup of strong green tea, 200mg caffeine.

130pm-
4 eggs and a bunch of bacon
3600mg fish oil
2000iu vitamin D

430pm-
2.5 scoops Jack3d
650mg Siberian Ginseng

930pm-
2 huge chicken breasts, cooked in leftover bacon grease, with a ton of coconut flakes on top, mixed in a huge Ceasar salad.
One huge whole broccoli crown, dipped in Ceasar dressing.
3600mg fish oil
2000mg flaxseed oil

About 1130, I'll take 3 ZMA capsules and 3mg of melatonin with some roobios tea.
