carbs MOST DEF are higher today, but it felt like I needed to replenish what was just gone.  I really want to have another avocado before I crash for the night but i am refraining myself because my carb count is so stinking high already :( GRRRRRRRRR!!!  128 g 41 fiber leaVES me still with 87 net ....:/

That carb count is really not that high, and you did a lot of training. Understand that working with heavier weights like this will fatigue you a lot more than you realize at the time. Also, the cumulative fatigue of all these burpees every day will put a beating on you.
