FOOD LOG:

 

9am

-Cup of coffe with 1T creamer 

10:15am

- 1 whole egg with 3 whites (9T of liquid whites) cooked in a little smear of butter with 2 slices of thick cut bacon 

-Supplements: Multivitamin, DHEA, Green Tea capsule

1:30pm

-Half an ear of corn

-Protein Smoothie: 1 cup of Almond milk (origional), 1 scoop vanilla protein, 1/3 medium banana, 1/4tsp coconut extract & ice.

-10 almonds

-Supplements: Multivitamin, Green Tea capsule

4:30pm

-6oz cup of Fage Total 0% sweetened with a teaspoon of honey

6:30pm

-Handful of almonds

6:45pm

-Tuna mixed with mayo, raisins, celery & apple

7:30ish

-Slice of Walmart's ultimate meat pizza (blech) for the hell of it....Realized I'm finally starting to actually lose interest in and be turned off by this kind of crap after eating clean (about 90% of the time) for the last 3 months.

10pm

-Supplements: Biotin, zinc & melatonin

 

TRAINING:

-300 Squats

-105 Pushups

-65 Ring Pulls

-70 Situps

Broken into 5 sets. Done to meet last week's and today's quota for the 1,000 rep challenge.
