FOOD LOG:

 

7:00AM

- Cup of coffee with 1T whipping cream, a tiny bit of vanilla extract & 1/3 of a packet of Stevia

10:00AM

- 2 eggs + 1 white cooked with a sliced chorizo

1:15PM

- My tuna, celery, raisin concoction

3:40PM

- Oikos greek yogurt mixed with fruit & nut trail mix

6:30PM

- Fish Tacos: Mix of Pollock and Sole on 3 small corn tortillas with cabbage and a spicy greek yogurt sauce

9:15PM

- 25g vanilla whey + 1tsp psyllium fiber

 

 (Total of aprox 75-80g of carbs for the day. Would have been less than 50 had I not had the tortillas)

 

TRAINING:

 

8:50PM

- Sprints on Treadmill

  1. 3 minute warmup @ 3.5mph
  2. Sprints at 8mph on a 5% incline for 10 minutes: 30 seconds on 30 seconds off (Minute 9 I sprinted for 45 seconds)
  3. 3 minute cool down @ 3.5mph
Just a short session this time
