- Coconut-Nested Eggs

- 2 strips of bacon

- Cup of kombucha green tea

1:10PM

- 14 medium sized Spicy Coconut Shrimp

1:40PM

- 2 Chocolate-Coconut-Banana balls: 2 large bananas mashed and mixed with 2T unsweetened cocoa powder (1T would have been plenty), a spoonful of almond butter, 2 big spoonfuls of unsweetened shredded coconut and a little salt. Freeze...This, for me, made 10 balls

* Yep, a bit of a coconut-y day! Not really on purpose, just happened that way. =)

4:25PM

- A handful of baby carrots dipped in almond butter

7:20PM

- 1 seasoned round steak cooked in coconut oil

- A bunch of sliced jicama with a little lime juice

8:45PM

- 3 more chocolate-coconut-banana balls

9:30PM

- A little over 1C of butternut squash with butter & cinnamon


TRAINING:


5:30PM

- Warmup of 50 Burpees

- 10 Rounds:

  • 18 Snatches with the 35
  • 10 Hindu Pushups on a 4in board
