-Cup of Tazo "Awake" tea (just a blend of black teas, so not bad. Although, it produced a "have to eat something NOW before I puke" effect when drank hot. So I'll try it iced next time)
8:00AM
-1 egg with 3 whites scrambled with diced ham, cooked in a little coconut oil
-Supplements: Multivitamin, 2 Calcium Citrate/Vitamin D tablets

-2 hamburger patties on a mix of shredded lettuce and romaine salad, topped with a slice of shredded cheddar, sauteed mushrooms, tomato slices, and a little ketchup/mustard

-1/2C nonfat Cottage Cheese

-Unplanned Cheat Meal: Bacon Double Cheese Burger combo from Sonic w/ a Diet Coke
We then went out to my mother-in-law's in Homedale to pick apricots where I had 6 or 7 flavored licorices and probably 4 or 5 apricots off the tree.
