FOOD LOG:
7:00AM
- Cup of coffee with creamer
8:45AM
- 1 egg with 2 large whites, cooked in butter and topped with shredded cheddar
- small ham steak
12:00PM
- Chicken Salad: Romaine, most of a chicken breast (off the chicken from last night), cucumber, tomato & Ranch
- 4 slices of canned peaches (in water, no sugar added)
2:00PM
- 2 skinny stalks of celery with almond butter
5:00-5:30PM
- Bunch of BBQd pork dipped in a little spicy honey BBQ sauce (need to get some without the HFC)
- 2 ears of corn with butter and a little salt
- Cucumber slices seasoned with fresh lemon juice, a little season salt & olive oil
9:00PM
- Greek yogurt with a handful of sliced almonds and a half packet of stevia
TRAINING:
-None... Was supposed to start my new 3 week program to totally kill my legs, today. Decided to take an extra rest day before I started. I'll be in to destroy them tomorrow.. ;)
