6:45AM

- Cup of coffee with creamer

9:00AM

- Oatmeal with protein powder, chopped apple, raisins, butter & cinnamon

11:00AM

- Greek yogurt with Mt. trail mix added in

- An extra handful of trail mix

4:00PM

- More trail mix (it's been a lazy day where not much has sounded good)

8:30PM

- 1 1/2 scoops of vanilla protein

 

TRAINING:

I tend to have mostly normal days, then days where nothing sounds good and I don't eat much and then there are days when all I want to do is eat!

At 4 I did have 2.5 big handfuls of trail mix, if that helps. ;)
