FOOD LOG:
7:00AM
- Cup of coffee with creamer
7:50AM
- Paleo Cereal: 1 small chopped Fuji apple, 1/2C frozen mixed berries, 1/2C of combined sliced almonds & walnuts, small amount of raisins & 3/4C unsweetened Almond milk
10:15AM (Post- Workout)
- Scoop of Vanilla protein with 2tsp psyllium fiber & 1T brown sugar
10:45AM
- 2 Crepes with butter (Husband made them with 3 eggs, egg whites & 1 cup of flour. Made a total of 8 crepes, so that's only 2T of flour per crepe)
1:30PM
- Cheeseburger salad: Romaine salad mix with a hamburger patty, slice of cheddar cheese, 4 pickle chips, ketchup & mustard
2:00PM
- Hot dog and some BBQed pork with a little spicy honey bbq sauce
6:30PM
- 8oz of leftover homemade corn chowder w/crab meat
- 1C of all natural plain nonfat yogurt with a handful of sliced almonds and a few shakes of a mixture of cinnamon & sugar
I was a good girl today...Yay! ;)
TRAINING:
9:00AM
- 9 Ladder Sets (90 double presses with 35s & 90 pullups- ended up having to do 5 or 6 of the presses as push presses towards the end)
