  • Two, four rung ladders of two handed swings and strict presses
    • Swings 10 reps @ 24kg
    • Presses @ 20kg
  • A bunch of learning about snatches under Jim's expert tutelage

Left over pizza.. Kind of cheating on the cheat meal... :-/
