1 Chicken Sausage (Adelle Chicken & Apple)

11:15 am
1 Stuffed Bell Pepper (meat, olives, onion, tomato sauce)

4:00 pm
4 leafs of Roman Lettuce
1 cup of Cherry Tomatoes
Half cup of sunflower kernels
Oil & Vinegar dressing

7 pm
Half Chicken breast
Salmon
1 sweet potato with salt and butter

10 pm
2 squares of 90% cocoa lindt dark chocolate YUCK (was craving chocolate for some reason)

64 oz of water today

Am I eating enough?

You seem to be off to a good start logging. Great to see.

Start to look up the amounts of protein grams in these foods and see if you can add them up. Don't force yourself to eat, but let me know what you find.
