  • 8:00a - Noon:
    • Five Oberto classics pepperoni (gluten & MSG free)
    • Two handfuls marcona almonds
    • 40g. MRM All Natural Vanilla Whey, Organic cocoa
    • Black coffee
  • Noon - 4:00p:
    • 2000iu Vitamin D, 1g. Tribulus, 1.2g. Magnesium, 3g. Fish oil
    • Grilled chicken breast cooked in bacon fat, coconut oil, white wine vinegar, Simply Organic chicken seasoning

It's actually pretty good.  Before the sugar detox I would blend frozen fruit in it with a little ice.  Now I am blending unsweetened cocoa and more ice.  It makes a nice chocolate smoothie.  It tastes ok just by itself, not as good as brands with artificial sweeteners, but very drinkable.  The MRM egg protein is pretty good too.  It makes the smoothies a little creamier, but I like it less by itself.  It has a bit of an aftertaste...

I've been meaning to ask: How do you like the MRM whey? Particularly the flavor? I've looked into it before but have remained undecided.
