  • Ended up being trapped at work all day. Nutrition was weird. No cheating, but not much variety or super high quality. Glad it was a scheduled rest day.

  • Noon - 4:00p:

    • Big grilled chicken breast
    • Three strips grilled steak
    • Black coffee
  • 4:00p - 10:00p:
    • Three Oberto classics pepperoni (gluten & MSG free)
    • Three handfuls marcona almonds
    • Three strips bacon
    • 60g. MRM All Natural Vanilla Whey, Organic cocoa
    • Black coffee
