Breakfast:fried egg, 3 turkey sausages, cup of coffee w/unsweetened almond milk

2 Hydroxycut

Lunch: salad, almonds

Snack: Hard boiled egg

Dinner: big salad w/cucumber slices

workout: 5 Rounds of 2min. ea. arm LCJ w/ 1 1/2 min. rest in between 

7  ball slams and burpees done on the min. for 10 min.
