Doing the Turkish get-up challenge.  . .

So far I have done all the TGUs daily and am at 850 swings.

Trying to better track my nutrition:

Breakfast- scrambled egg with onion. garlic, jalapeno, and olive oil , 5 strips of bacon

10am-bannana

lunch- 2 bowls of paleo ham & cabbage soup

4pm- 3 80% chocolate squares with almond slices

Dinner 2 servings of meatloaf, sprig of broccoli

Great to see you in the Challenge! I knew you would jump in. It gets pretty tough in the next few weeks. Just don't back down from it!
