Workout:

50 squats
25 K2E
25 kettlebell push-ups
Followed up with a tabata set of one handed swings with the 44 lb.
Food Log:
Brakfast:
2 turkey bacon, 2 eggs, 2 cups of coffee with creamer :)
Lunch:
1 cup fage greek yogurt with strawberries, 2 turkey bacon, a few carrots
Snack:
A few carrots, 12 almonds
Dinner:
Chicken breast marinated in no HFCS teriyaki sauce (only 6 carbs for the whole serving I used to marinate 4 breasts), some green beans, and 1/2 slice of homemade bread (oops!), some more carrots
