We covered the part on inflammation yesterday, so this ties in pretty well with today's logs. One of the things about having little bits of inflammatory foods like the chips and the cheese on here today is that you never quite seem to get rid of it altogether. I think it is better to have that stuff in one cheat meal per week and then ban yourself from it other than that time. That way you can really learn what your body likes and doesn't like.
Like to see the black coffee on there. Most creamers are extremely inflammatory themselves. I think the next step is finding some vegetables you like.
