Looks good. The only change I'd make is eating a solid meal instead of the shake with lots of artificial sweeteners for lunch. Remember not to drink calories. It can play havoc with your blood sugar and stimulate more hunger. I don't want you to be hungry, and you aren't eating much anyway.
