500 BODYWEIGHT SQUATS! Did this in one continuous set that took right at 17:00. I really feel this number and duration is about all a martial artist needs for muscle endurance work. Maybe even cut this number down a bit. It really didn't have much of an impact past 300 reps. I think this is the point-of-diminishing returns with regards to bodyweight squat numbers.
6pm-postworkout about 20gr whey protein, with about 75gr of carbs in a recovery product called Recoverite that I had sitting around the gym (Thank you Nathan Rowley!).
