about 1oz of 88% pure dark chocolate

1 scoop TSN Cardio Igniter

7pm-

2 liver tabs

500mg vitamin C

9pm-(didn't feel like cooking anything tonight)

1 tbsp. coconut oil

huge spinach salad with a can of pole caught yellowfin tuna, a giant avocado, red cabbage, red onion, and my homemade dressing

(Cheat: A whole small bag of potato chips with organic coconut oil, rather than a seed oil. Decided to test these out).

4000mg fish oil
