More junk food. Up late the night before and ate junk then...of course, that sparked more junk foods. No big deal. Elections only come about once in a while.
We went to Wingers and started with some non-breaded wings and then I had a big hamburger wrapped in lettuce and a handful of fries...literally, they are pretty skimpy on fries. Had some unsweetened iced tea.
4pm-
preworkout caffeine, beta alanine, creatine, glutamine
10pm-
about 12oz of seared wild ahi tuna with butter and lemon
big bunch of steamed spinach with butter and tons of lemon
red wine
krill oil
1130pm-
Zn, Mg, B6, melatonin
