8am-

2 green tea caps

1000mg vitamin C

1 tbsp MCT oil

1pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

about 8oz of leftover baked chicken thighs

handful of raw almonds

one large avocado sliced up with lemon and cayenne pepper

about 2oz of kerrygold cheese

5000iu vitamin D

4pm-

1 sugar free monster drink

930pm- Kind of a cheat meal here, carb refill

2 giant grass-fed hamburgers on lettuce wraps with homemade primal mayo

a ton of homemade "fries" made by slicing potatoes think and baking in a ton of avocado oil, dusted with salt, garlic powder and then sprinkled with vinegar. 8-10 minutes at 475. nice and crispy. I probably ate 2 large potatoes worth of them

1 krill oil cap
