NUTRITION: 

7am-

2 green tea caps

1 tbsp MCT oil

1000mg vitamin C

(sipped some strong green tea later) 

1pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

Huge spinach salad with a whole avocado, red onion, brown mushrooms, grated parmesan cheese, a whole can of pole caught tuna, and my homemade dressing made with olive oil and avocado oil

3000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

2 ginseng caps

330pm-

2 green tea caps

1000mg vitamin C

9pm- (Starving and ate like made)

1 tbsp MCT oil

huge grilled steak and two grilled sausages (none of this was grass-fed, so not really the best choice)

bunch of raw broccoli, but I cheated and used a greek yogurt dip that didn't contain any of the yucky oils, but still wasn't the best choice. 

4000mg fish oil

11pm-

Zn, Mg, B6
