(Very light...starting a Power to the People cycle of sumo deadlifts, using a 1RM about 2x bodyweight. My actual max is probably about 10% higher than that, but this will do to start this new lift.)

handful of beef jerky
handful of raw pecans
3600mg fish oil
1 cod liver oil capsule
4000iu vitamin D

2pm-
1 small chicken breasts, cooked in bacon grease
5 strips of bacon
About 1oz of 86% pure cacao dark chocolate with 1 tsp of coconut oil
3600mg fish oil
1 cod liver oil capsule

4pm-preworkout
2 scoops Muscletech Neurocore

7pm-postworkout
handful of blueberries
handful of raw pecans
1 large banana

930pm-
Robb Wolf Norcal margarita with 2 shots 100% aguave tequila, the juice from one whole lime, and a little club soda.

Huge, huge salad - mixing bowl full - with:
2 large chicken breasts
1 large avocado
1 whole large tomato
sliced onion
1/2 a red pepper
about 15 kalamata olives
Homemade EVOO and basalmic vinaigrette dressing
3600mg flaxseed oil
1 cod liver oil capsule

About 11pm I wil take 3 ZMA capsules, 3mg of melatonin and 5000iu of vitamin D
