DEADLIFTS:

I haven't done sumo deadlifts for a long time. I decided to try them again after doing conventional deadlifts for the past several years. I just took it easy tonight and did some easy singles, up to 455#. Going to do a cycle of these and see where it gets me.

I took strips of the smoked turkey and made little sandwiches with slices of bacon....mmmm. Ate about 6 strips of bacon total.

Grilled shrimp, chicken, and misc. veggie skewers. Unknown, but copious amounts of all. 

Stacey and I shared a whole pineapple, cut into slices and grilled.

About 1130pm I will take 3 ZMA capsules and 3mg melatonin
