Not much to list here. Didn't have anything until going to a BBQ yesterday at about 4pm. Lots of pulled pork and brisket, pretty much zero sauce with some cucumber salad that was mostly cucumbers and vinegar. Took 4000mg of fish oil and 5000iu of vitamin D, as well.
Intermittent fasting? Kind of. I ate the night before about 8pm, and then 20 hours later I had another meal and that was it for the day. I did have some coconut oil with some green tea/caffeine at about 8am, but that was about it.
11pm-night supplements:
400mg GNC Super Magnesium
50mg zinc
100mg B6
