Nutrition today is obviously not standard. This afternoon I had my weekly junkfood cheat meal! Both of these were designed to top off the glycogen stores. You'll note that the carb count today practically equals the amount of carbs for the entire rest of the week! You'll actually note and do the math, that it is actually probably the closest to hitting the macros recommended by the USDA I'll ever get.

Yes! Exactly. Worse yet, Cliff bars have soy or something in them.
Funny, that burger has the same number of grams of carbs as a carrot cake Clif Bar. I used to eat them because I thought they were healthy snacks but had to quit when I saw Jim's literature showing that the best weight loss zone is approximately 50 carbs per day.
