Had a sample pack of N.O. Explode laying around and decided to try it since it was supposedly a new formula. Not that impressed. Too much stuff in it. N.O. boosters are proven to be total BS as far as performance enhancers go. The only thing good about this was the little bit of caffeine in it.

about 6oz of leftover broiled salmon
4 eggs fried in coconut oil
cod liver oil
5000iu vitamin D
4pm-(preworkout)
300mg caffeine
500mg maca root

2 huge hamburgers open faced on portabello mushrooms with red onion and avocado slices
mixing bowl-sized spinach salad with avocado, broccoli, raw sunflower seeds, radishes, red onion and tons of olive oil and basalmic vinagrette dressing
