NUTRITION: OMG. I SOAKED CHIA SEEDS TONIGHT AND THEN MIXED THEM WITH SOME STEVIA AND HEATED THEM UP AND PUT A COUPLE TBSPNS OF ORGANIC CREAM, ON THEM......IT WAS LIKE EATING ICE CREAM. NO JOKE SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD. I ONLY INTENDED TO EAT HALF OF WHAT I SOAKED BUT THEY WERE SOOOO GOOD I ATE THEM ALL!!!
CARBS A LITTLE HIGHER THAN ID HAVE LIKED BUT TO GET THE FIBER IN I KIND OF HAD TO RUN IT HIGHER... 104 WITH 55 FIBER IS 49 NET CARBS!!! HAPPY WITH THAT :)

Yes, chia seeds are huge in the fiber. I think we have made a dessert like that with them before. I didn't really like it, but great if you do.
