Are you able to estimate the # of grams of protein here? You can search for these foods online and come up with the amount of protein, carbs and fats easily. It is very important to keep track of these numbers in the beginning.

Remember that you are shooting for about 120gr of protein per day, so you will definitely want to get some sort of meat, fish or eggs in at every meal.
