Looks like a great practice, thanks for posting. It helps a bunch.

 

Thank you for posing the food log. In focusing so hard on kettlebell exercises the other day, we forgot to talk much about nutrition and also to get some physical stats such as weights and measurements. We will knock all that out next time. Just keep up the good work.
