I had 1/2 Quest bar about 11:30 and then a cheat meal this evening.
I ordered a Jawbone fitness tracker and it arrived today so hopefully it will give me accurate movement and sleep data.

Yes! Got sidetracked by our talk about exercise. Here it is:
Get a big cereal bowl. Fill it every day with veggies of any kind and try to eat them all. Get your protein sources in like meats or fish, but then make sure and eat all the vegetables in the bowl. Let me know how it works. Gradually we will increase it.
Cheat meal is great, and so is the fitness tracker. I haven't heard of that one, but I will research. I especially like the sleep data.
You mentioned that you would tell me a way to get more veggies in at our meeting today?
