- Cup of coffee with creamer

- Cup of Oikos plain greek yogut with a sliced Nectarine
- A bit more coffee
11:30AM
- 4 Apricots
1:45PM
- Big salad consisting of iceburg salad mix, cucumber, tomato, diced ham, two boiled eggs, pepper & Ranch
- Half a plum
4:00PM
- 2 stalks of celery with natural peanut butter and raisins ("ants on a log" as we call it)
- A bit of apricot leather
7:45PM( Post Workout)
- Heaping scoop of Vanilla protein, 1T brown sugar, 2tsp Psyllium fiber
9:00PM
- 3 pieces of roasted portabella mushroom & spinach brick oven pizza with fresh sliced tomato
(Wasn't what I planned on having but it was out on the counter, I was starving and had spent way too long in Walmart due to it being food stamp day....argh)
TRAINING:
6:00PM
- Deadlifts @ 190lbs: 5 sets of 5
- Double KB Front Squats with 35s: 3 sets of 20
- Reverse Lunges with 26lb bell: 4 sets of 12
- Romanian Deadlifts with 90lbs: 4 sets of 10
