Breakfast - 8:30am - 1 quest bar; 2 hard boiled eggs
Lunch - 1:00 pm - 2 eggs; 1 tbsp butter; 2 oz ham; 1 oz beef jerky.
Dinner - 7:30pm - 6 oz ground beef; 3 tbsp sour cream; 1 oz cheddar cheese; 3 oz olives; 2 tbsp salsa; 1/2 avocado; 1/2 cup blueberries.
