Breakfast - 830 am - 1 quest bar

Lunch - 1:00 pm - 6 oz ham, 1.5 oz swiss cheese; 1 thin slice watermelon

Dinner - 7:15 pm - 2 hamburger patties; 1 slice swiss cheese; 1 slice havarti cheese; 1/2 avocado; 6 baby dill pickles; 1/2 cup broccoli; 1/2 oz dark chocolate.

Exercise - 30 mins treadmill

I'm just thinking you might not be eating enough. The content looks OK. I would add more vegetables and maybe a little less dairy in there though.

Feeling sick/queasy quite a bit of the time.  Might not be eating enough but not sure what to eat sometimes without breaking rules so I end up just not eating.

Wow. This doesn't look like much. How are your satiety levels? Feeling hungry or anything?
