Warm up: 5 mins of Turkish getups with 18lb, 26lb, and 35lb KB. Max rounds in 20 mins of: 5 squats (with dbl arm 26lb Kbs), 8 K2E, 12 swings (44lb KB), 12 snatches 6L/6R (with 26lb KB) 6 and 3/4 rounds completed. Then 100 swings: 50 1 arm swings 25L/25R with 26lb Kb and 50 with 44lb KB.
