21 Reverse lunges with 26lb KB held in rack position, each leg. Then 21 ring rows, 21 pushups. All three of these exercises repeated: Then 18 if ea, then 15 of ea, then 12 of ea, then 9 of ea. Then I asked coach what a burpee pullup was so I did 15 of those last night too.
