After not having any scale movement for a while the scale went down to 175 this morning! Woo! I needed a little more fat today but didnt feel ravenous without it.

Great to see things still on the right track. And yes, the scale can kind of get stuck for a while and then make little jumps. Everyone's body works at a different pace.
