So this weekend was not very good eating. The worst part about it is dealing with the cravings afterwards. Today I orobsbly used far too much dark chocolate but it was the only way I could make it through.

I agree. Certain vegetables help me more than others, too. Spinach and kale are my friends.

I really think adding greens helps me a lot.  Just keeping it pretty low on the carbs seems to zap the inflammation pretty quickly.

The weekend might not have been good, but you are back on track. That is what matters.

Have you been able to identify foods that your body really "likes" that seems to help inflammation fast? Everyone is different.
