Workout:

50 squats
15 K2E
1 minute of snatches each hand with 26 lb. kb (4th and 5th round were 45 sec. per hand)
I was still feeling quite tired from last nights torture :). Hopefully I will be ready to give it my all again tomorrow!!
Food:
Breakfast:
1 egg, 2 turkey bacon slices, 2 cups coffee, 2 tbsp. creamer
Lunch:
1 egg, 2 turkey bacon slices, salad with some cheese and FF raspberry vinaigrette dressing
(Running low on options right now, grocery shopping on Friday)
Dinner:
1 sirloin beef burger patty, grilled onions, slice of cheese, steamed corn, green beans, and carrots, a few sweet potato fries snagged from my kiddos leftovers, oops! :)
