30 seconds swings L with 44
30 seconds swing R with 44
90 seconds rest
One set of 10 squats with the 35's
Walking lunges across the parking lot from the corner to the sign
Food Log:
Breakfast:
1 egg, 2 turkey bacon, 2 cups of coffee
Lunch:
Fage greek yogurt with watermelon, egg, 2 turkey bacon, 1 cup of coffee
Snack:
Cheese stick
Dinner:
2 eggs, 2 turkey bacon, carrots, ranch dressing as dip
Lots of eggs today, it was a lazy cooking day and eggs were easy :).
