Breakfast - spoonful of almond butter, 1 cup blackberries
Lunch - Trader Joe's Israeli Salad with currants, cousin cous, chicken, cilantro lime dressing, pecans.
Dinner - coconut macaroons and shortbread cookies :( just snacked while I worked.

Usually I starve myself to be extra skinny for these nights, this year I wore a Spanks tummy tucker and a classy dress and looked great. Some of the dresses the other girls wore were embarrassing to the point that we are creating a dress code before the next dinner...my committment to my diet really helped me stand out a little tonight. I was the oldest girl working tonight but you wouldn't have guessed it and I'm glad I ate a good healthy lunch before going to work at the dinner. I also wore shorts all day and was surprised my legs looked good even though I've been slacking on exercise. There is no better life than a gluten free life. :)

A lot of time they try to hire a 19 year old or a just 21 year old girl to work with us.
I just wrote an awesome program for my cousin that I might use for the next 6 weeks.

"Older" Puleeze! Where they all high school girls or something?

Nutrition really is such a huge factor over exercise when it comes to body comp. I haven't seen you in a while, but I know that regardless of what you might be self-conscious of superficially, you have the muscle base and structure that looks great anyway.

Really happy to see you are logging. Usually I do use myfitnesspal. I kind of slack on days where I have a cheat meal or something that impossible to calculate.
