Didn't feel like cooking, so we stopped by Applebee's on the way home. I hadn't been there in years, and was surprised to find that there were things on the menu that at least didn't look horrible for you. Got a basalmic chicken salad with bruschetta, and though I'm sure the salt content was astronomical and the dressing was mostly soybean oil and HFCS, the rest wasn't that bad. Of course, I topped it off with a light lager, to make sure I'd done sufficient damage.
