Leftover sushi from last night with salmon, tuna, and some eel.

530pm-
3 Jet Fuel capsules
750mg Bulgarian tribulus

9pm-
About 10oz of shrimp, pan-cooked in butter, red pepper flake, and coconut flakes
1 small avocado with lime, salt and pepper
1 whole large broccoli crown
2000mg fish oil

About 11pm-
I will take 3 ZMA capsules and 3mg of melatonin with some roobios tea
