9pm-
Went out with friends to a pizza place. Wish I could just pig out on pizza these days, but I can't. At least I can sip a clear lager now, but any type of thick ale is out.

Luckily this place has a great salad bar. Filled my plate twice with spinach, broccoli, olives, pepperoni, cucumber, tomato, and full fat bleu cheese. I would have preferred a vinaigrette, but with it being a salad bar, I'm sure the vinaigrette had a bunch of soybean and canola oil.

I also stripped the toppings off of a few slices of pizza, but didn't eat the crusts or most of the sauce (guaranteed HFCS).
