TRAINING:
12-minute 'manmaker' in parking lot, alternating 1-arm swings with 40kg kettlebell and 150yd jog.

1/2 Snatch:
5 x 3 w/40kg

 

(The 1/2 Snatch is simply the snatch, but instead of dropping fully into a backswing, it is brought to the rack position, then snatched again. It is mainly to reduce friction on the hands during the drop.)

Nutrition Log:
8am-
2 Lipo6 capsules
1,000mg Bulgarian Tribulus

9am-
50gr whey protein with 1 tsp cinnamon
2,000mg fish oil
multivitamin

2pm-
leftover grassfed hamburger, wrapped in lettuce (about 10oz)
handful of raw almonds
2 big handfuls of dried strawberries
2,000mg fish oil

4pm-preworkout
3 Lipo6
1,000mg Bulgarian Tribulus

6pm-postworkout
50gr whey protein with 1 tsp cinnamon
about 50gr of simple sugars

10pm-
More grassfed hamburgers! Stacey wanted this for dinner and had it all ready for the grill. I never thought I would be tired of these, but after dinner last night, I am ready for something else for a few days.
Huge salad with vinaigrette dressing, tomato, onion and feta cheese
2,000mg fish oil
2 liver clease capsules
3mg melatonin
