25gr whey protein
16oz coconut water (40gr carbs)

9pm-
1 large grassfed hamburger, wrapped in green lettuce with pepperjack cheese and onion
1 whole avocado with lemon and cayenne
1 whole grilled zuccini
Tried a bottle of Spire draft cider. Not bad.
