about 12 raw almonds

5 strips bacon

a bunch of mozzarella cheese

2.5 scoops Jack3D

650mg Siberian Ginseng

About 12oz steak, huge baked potato with tons of butter and sour cream, 1/2 large avocado and about 6oz of strawberries

About 1130, I'll hit the roobios, ZMA and melatonin

Hit the scale today at 221.6# that is very light. Gotta down more calories, but I'm just not that hungry and I can't just hit the junk right now.
